plus bookings with The Other Side Comedy Club in 2008
and one other national Mirth Control gig

We start with just 64 hand picked acts - each heat has just two comics in a face off where the audience decide the winner, followed by the same format for the semi finals in Autumn, leaving us with our acts for the Grand Final on December in front of a team of judges.

The performance times are a maximum of 10 minutes for the heats and semis, 8 minutes for the final.

The Rules
1. You must perform your own, original, material.
2. An act is considered to be a New Act by The Otherside Comedy Club
3. Acts must be available for the semi finals and final
4. Acts are required to stick to the performance time permitted
5. Any decision the Other Side Comedy Club make is final
